Introduction to the Music Video Project

    I am actually very excited for this project, especially since its a music video. For my music video, I will not be working with anyone. I choose to work by myself because I actually do better by myself. I don't like having to rely on people to do things. So, I much rather do them by myself. When I work by myself, I get to choose my own pace and times to do things. I also don't have to incorporate other factors into my work, which I would have to do if I was working with someone. I also get to produce the video however I want. I am incorporating someone in AICE media into my video though. The actor in my video is going to be Emily. I choose her to be my actor because she is a close friend and she also lives close to me. I'm choosing to do the song red-bone. The song was sung by Childish Gambino. His real name is Donald Glover. He actually wrote the song himself as well, only with a few tweaks from his label. He even played the drums in the background of the song and the glockenspiel. I used to love this song in 2017 and would listen to it all day. It was very popular and it even won a Grammy award for record of the year. The song has received over 400 million views on YouTube. It was also number one on Billboard R&B charts. This song will forever remain on my playlist and I probably wont forget.

 For my final task,I have finished the finalization process. I have called the stores that I am planning to film at to let them know that we will be coming in to film soon. I have confirmed all of my actresses for my opening sequence. I am still working on getting copyright rights for the music that i would like to use for my opening sequence. My parents have confirmed that they will be able to provide transportation for my actresses and I. We will begin shooting on the 24th of March. We should complete shooting on the same day as well. All of my actresses have confirmed that they will be present. I have completed my storyboard. I have also completed my script. Along with my shooting script. I have all the equipment ready for filming this opening sequence. I also have all of my editing gear ready to edit my opening sequence. Deciding on who my actresses should be was a hard process but I was able to complete it. I have confirmed most of my locations and they are expecting me soon....
